MaMA Festival & Convention - 25/26th of October in Paris
The MaMA Festival & Convention takes place on the 25th and 26th of October in Paris and for 48 hours everything turns on live acts, conferences and networking.
Although France is the 5th biggest music market in the world, for a long time there wasn’t an event existing that combined showcases and a conferenc, like it is commonplace in other countries such as Great Britain or the Netherlands. But at the end of October the MaMA Festival & Convention takes place for the third time.
Overall there will be 80 concerts and 30 conferences at 20 unique venues at Montmartre and Pigalle, Paris' redlight district. With 2.500 professional delegates and 1.200 organisations the MaMA Festival & Convention acts as a wonderful junction for networking and matchmaking.
The topics of the conference are among others: “An outsider’s view of the French market: to see ourselves as others see us” and “The training of professionals: a challenge for the music sector”. The line-up includes Pony Pony Run Run, LCMDF, Blake Worrell, Botibol, La Shark and many more.
